With 20+ years of technical know-how of Shrink Sleeve technology with project management skills, I am able to set-up a simple workflow to foster accountability among all process gatekeepers.
I will provide tools for trouble-shooting and establish a systematic process to identify and eliminate all bottlenecks for lead-time reduction.
Projects include specifically commercialization of shrink sleeve labels, bottles, flexible films, and labeling equipment improvements through the CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Verification). I differentiate from others by bringing the following strengths to my clients:
- Sound technical knowledge of material science
- Printing technologies with water-borne, solvent-borne and UV inks and specialty coatings
